There are certain things that you need to have ready in the property before we enter the property to carry out the cleaning job.
- The home needs to be empty of objects and furniture to the extent possible at least.
- The freezer needs to be defrosted and preferably pulled out so that we can more easily clean behind the fridge/freezer.
- Don't use the stove for at least a few hours before the actual cleaning of the house.

The window deduction reduces the cost of the work by 50%, unlike the ROT deduction which only gives a 30% deduction on the cost of the work. For cleaning services such as move-out cleaning house, the standard deduction applies, which we also administer for you as a customer.
