Cancellation

To ensure smooth planning and efficient service, it is important to follow our cancellation policy:

• Valid Cancellation: Cancellation of our services must be made at least five days before the planned start date of the work to be considered valid and free of charge.
• Cancellation 3 Days Before: If cancellation occurs three days before the start date of the work, the customer will be charged 50% of the quoted price.
• Cancellation 2 Days Before: In case of cancellation two days before the start date, 75% of the offer price will be charged.
• Cancellation 1 Day Before or on the Same Day: If the cancellation is made one day before or on the actual working day, the full quote price will be charged.

Minimidebiting

Hourly charge: The minimum charge for removal services calculated per hour is 3 hours.
